Morada Hostel

The top floor, with its open kitchen and terrace, was a nice spot, and I really enjoyed staying here. It’s a little way from the center, but an easy walk if you don’t mind walking. There was an issue when I arrived, but the owner, Manuel?, went above and beyond to sort out a solution. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome and at home. Thank you so much!! The sunny, colorful terrace was the highlight for me. Morada is a simple hostel, with a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and both private and shared rooms. The staff were kind and really cared that guests had a good time. It’s a nice place to meet people if you’re traveling alone and want company to explore the city or share a glass of wine. The price was fine too ;)

We left early for a flight, and the staff went out to get us breakfast since the cafe/bar attached to the hostel wasn’t open. We really appreciated it. They also let us know about a hostel party happening that evening, which was great. It’s a good place at a decent price, though the wet room bathroom wasn’t ideal.

Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, and the free Wi-Fi was very fast. The hostel is about a ten-minute walk from the central areas, along a pleasant riverside route, so the distance wasn’t an issue for us. Everyone we met on staff was friendly and helpful. Maria especially went out of her way to make us feel welcome, both at the hostel and throughout Cordoba. I’d recommend it and come back next time I’m in town.
