The paid coffee shop on site is excellent, though the breakfast that comes with the stay isn't good. Staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are okay, with standard comfort, but feel a little old and dated.

Asking for a decent breakfast and enough toilet paper in a four-star hotel seems like a basic expectation to me. Hospitality basics are often missing in Argentina, though exceptions show that this rich, wonderful country can easily meet international standards.

The place was clean but worn, with peeling wallpaper and a cracked sink, among other little issues. Reception wasn't very friendly either. I would have paid another thousand pesos to have a more pleasant stay somewhere else.

Poor value for money. The hotel is barely acceptable, yet charges rates like the area's good hotels. Checkout was a nightmare, with a 40-minute wait in line.

The rooms are roomy, and both the shower and breakfast were okay. The parking lot is outside the building.
