We never got to shower because there was no hot water. The concierge offered room 1 downstairs, but my business partner and I were staying in room 27 upstairs, so we went to bed without showering. One bed had no top sheet, and when we tried to use blankets, we found there was only one. Breakfast was meager too. We stayed on May 13, 2026. A disaster of a hotel, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The rooms are roomy and have air conditioning, and there's parking. The price is hard to beat. It's across from the bus terminal and near the city center. There are a few small issues, but for what you pay and get, I won't get into them.

The basics are in decent shape, and my room was spotless. The shower had hot water and good pressure. YouTube and the TV both worked properly, and the Wi-Fi was fine most of the time, though it did drop out now and then. Parking is free, covered, shaded, and behind a gate. The sleep was another story. It was very noisy. A restaurant is on the corner, and even on a weekday, they moved tables and chairs around until 1:30 a.m., then again from 6:30 to 7. People were talking in the hall, doors kept slamming, and the fan was loud. I barely slept. The air conditioning wasn't working either. The beds are small, the pillow and blanket are thin, and the sheets feel rough. Breakfast hours are odd: checkout is 10 a.m. but breakfast ends at 9. I showed up at 9 after oversleeping because of the noise, and the waitress rudely shouted at me like I worked for her. The hotel should have more normal hours and at least offer a refund or takeaway breakfast. I hate being rushed as a guest. The coffee and croissants were decent, but the bread was so dry it crumbled when I bit into it. As for the air conditioning, I can understand extra charges if the room rate is below average. But charging like it's a five-star hotel and then adding a fee to use the AC is outrageous. If you don't have another option, this place is okay for the price. The room had the essentials, but I'd pick somewhere else if I could.

The reception team welcomed me warmly and looked after me really well. My room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and breakfast came with plenty to eat, including coffee, croissants, and toast with butter and jam. It's also conveniently close to the city center. I'd gladly come back soon.

Everything felt run-down, including the breakfast area. The food was cold and stale. I'm not coming back.
