Hostel Piltri

Nothing fancy about the room, but I felt really relaxed here. It’s a welcoming, cosy, comfortable place.

The owner was super nice and really helped us. Great rooms and kitchen, and the shower always had hot water.

The facilities weren’t in perfect condition, but everything worked. It was full of foreigners when I visited, and the service was friendly. Lucas, Ariel and El Topo were the best hosts. I had a great experience and will definitely return.

The location is the best thing about this hostel, just 5mins from Bolson’s main square where the market takes place. The price was good too: I paid 15$ for two nights in a dorm with breakfast. But don’t expect much. Breakfast was barely the minimum, internet only worked in the common area, and the rooms had no lookers or enough space. There were lots of showers and toilets, but only one of those doors could be locked. They should remove one double bed and put lockers there instead. The staff were chaotic and unorganized. A friend found someone sleeping in his bed when he came into the room, so he moved to an apparently empty one. In the middle of the night, a guy came in and said that bed was his too, so he moved again. The next morning my friend asked the staff for a refund for that night because the situation had inconvenienced three people. He only asked for 50%, but they replied, “but you had a bed & slept, right?” and “what is refund, i don‘t know”. Sad that they put money ahead of customer satisfaction. The next night, someone had left a bottle and glasses in my bed, and almost the same thing happened again. Go if you want to save money, but don’t expect much.
