Getting downtown only takes a few minutes on foot, and the unit is roomy and really comfortable. The warming rack was a lovely little extra, and the price felt very fair. We would've rated it five stars if the neighborhood hadn't had some run-down houses and unfinished construction.
Brenda and her siblings were so helpful, from answering questions and requests to arranging taxis and suggesting activities, restaurants, bars, and more. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a quiet area, with the main streets an easy walk away. It had coffee, tea, candies, toiletries, and a hair dryer, plus a bathroom with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. And we got to meet Milanesa the Chihuahua and Púro the cat, both very cute and friendly.
The hosts were lovely, and we had everything we needed for a couple of nights.
It was snowing during our stay, but the room stayed perfectly warm thanks to the great heating. The owner was friendly and attentive, and the location was excellent. I'd happily stay there again if I come back to El Calafate.
Apartment 13 was spotless, comfortable, and beautiful, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The price was very good, and the staff gave excellent service. We'd definitely book here again if we return. Highly recommended.
