The staff were lovely, and the hotel was quiet. We spent two nights there and were very happy with our stay. Breakfast was decent, with fresh bread, ham and cheese or jam, juice, coffee, yogurt, and fruit. As someone else mentioned, you could ask for eggs. The bed was wonderfully cozy and comfortable, and the heat was already on during a cold day. We’d arrived early by plane and had arranged a pickup with the hotel. They kindly cleaned a room for us so we could check in early and sleep right away. It’s about 3-4 blocks from the main street, which I didn’t mind because I like walking. It’s also close to the bus station. On our last day, we left our bags there before the bus to Chalten. There’s a little market around the corner where you can get sandwiches for a tour. It’s not the big store, but walk another block and you’ll find the woman with the smiling face.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times. It’s a clean, simple, fairly new hotel at a reasonable price, well placed for the bus station, though the main shopping and restaurant area is quite a walk away. WiFi worked fine in reception and at breakfast, but not at all in one room and barely in another. The front desk experience varies: some staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, while others were helpful without being friendly. Breakfast was basic and just okay. The rooms were hard to regulate, staying boiling even with the heating off. Opening the window didn’t help because the outside lights were so bright, and light also came in from the very bright hallways. You can hear plenty through the walls, especially from room doors to the hall. It’s a decent choice for people passing through, but don’t expect too much.

Adriana was a perfect hostess, extremely organized, clear, and efficient. The place itself is clean, modern, well run, and very hospitable. I actually liked that it wasn’t very central, since who wants noise in Patagonia? One thing I’d suggest is making it clearer that guests can get coffee or tea there, as that’s essential for me when choosing a hotel.

After walking all afternoon, I was exhausted and couldn’t get an Uber. I messaged the hotel on WhatsApp to ask if they could call a taxi. Daiana replied right away and arranged one, making sure I was at the right pickup spot. She and the staff were truly caring, and the service was excellent. Thank you, Daiana!

The rooms and staff were excellent, and the bathroom was standard. We enjoyed our stay, and they were accommodating when we changed our itinerary and added another night. I’d recommend the place overall, though in my opinion the breakfast falls below what I usually expect from a hotel.
