The location is lovely, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was good, but dinner wasn't tasty. The internet didn't work, the pool was out of order, and there was no sauna. Our room's layout was awkward: the toilet door hit the toilet, and the shower door wouldn't open. With no bathroom door, the room got damp after showering. The towels weren't changed, and one was already dirty when we arrived. I don't think the hotel is worth the price, which for a foreigner is over 300 US dollars a night.

We had a wonderful stay, with good food and a delicious breakfast. The facilities are good, and the setting beside the Futaleufú River is magnificent. Service was efficient and friendly, with the team always focused on guests. Gonzalo was a fantastic fly-fishing guide.

Dinner was excellent, and the hot pool was wonderful. It's a peaceful place with great views of the river. A bit expensive, but I felt it was worth it.
