Urban Hotel

We found it hard to get vegan food in Federación, and the hotel breakfast had no vegan choices beyond tea, cereal, and fruit. I hope places start adding more options over time so we can enjoy them on a future visit. Aside from that, breakfast included a good variety of bread, pastries, cold cuts, yogurt, scrambled eggs, jams, and butter. Our room was super quiet and incredibly comfortable, with a huge bed that made for a great night's sleep. It also had a microwave, electric kettle, mini-fridge, and hairdryer. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There's a lovely terrace with tables and lights, and the location is excellent, just over a block from the hot springs and close to the city center. I hope we can return.

The staff made us feel so welcome, from the owners to the cleaning, kitchen, and dining room teams. Service was outstanding, and the cleanliness was excellent. We had comfortable rooms and delicious food at affordable prices. I'd definitely come back. Thank you!

We've stayed three times in different years, and the service has always been impeccable. The rooms were fully equipped and breakfast was delicious. We'll keep coming back.

The location is a real plus, 60 meters from the hot springs and near the waterfront, restaurants, and casino. It's a small but lovely hotel, with very friendly staff and basement parking. Our room had a refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom was in very good condition and had shampoo and liquid soap. There's also a terrace with a grill, tables, and benches if you want to have a barbecue. Breakfast was spectacular: coffee, milk, tea, yogurt, juice, croissants, sponge cake, bread squares, mini quince or custard tarts, sliced ham and cheese, and several cereals. The dining room is cozy and has a ramp for disabled guests. I highly recommend it!
