We were left with no choice but to stay in a different unit called a "quincho," which had fewer amenities than the cabin for five people we'd booked for December 31, 2025, to January 6, 2026. When we arrived, they said our reservation had been changed because of an "error." The quincho had no fans or fire extinguisher, and there were bathroom problems. We got no compensation or help, and no one came to check on us during the stay. There was no temporary rental agreement to sign, no formal guest registration when we arrived, and no invoice or receipt for the rental payment. We were also charged an undisclosed $50,000 for family who visited briefly for a couple of hours without using the pool or any facilities. On top of that, the owners and cleaning staff entered our accommodation without permission, which violated our privacy. I don't recommend this place. The service was poor, and there was a lack of organization, clear information, and respect for guests.

The grounds are lovely, with a playground for children, a pool for swimming, sunbathing, or relaxing, plus an outdoor bathroom and shower. There's also a shared barbecue area with an oven, stovetop, and grill. The owners were outstandingly attentive, and the cabins are set up with kitchenware, an electric kettle, blankets, bath and hand towels, air conditioning in the kitchen and bedroom, a TV, a table and chairs for four, and a cabinet for groceries. They even provide hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. It's a great place to rest and unwind. The location could be inconvenient without a car, though it's only 20 minutes from downtown Goya, Corrientes.
