They advertise services they don’t actually provide. We had no internet, no hot water in the kitchen, and no TV, and the stay left us wanting more. The cabin for six wasn’t suitable for six people, and the cabins aren’t set up for cooking: there’s no outside access to the kitchen and no cooking utensils. I wouldn’t rent that bungalow or cabin again, and I don’t recommend it.

The grounds are lovely, and the exterior is very well maintained. The cabins, though, smelled musty and were short on toilet paper, so they need more attention. When we booked, no one explained that the lounge with the pool and foosball tables had to be rented separately, and then they refused to rent it to us. They advertised two pools and showed a picture, but one was unusable because it was “private.” It’s a beautiful resort, but they should put more into the cabins.

The grounds are beautiful, very clean, and well equipped. There’s a huge, lovely pool, a sports court for all kinds of activities, a playground, and a well-stocked store. The bungalows need work, though. Ours smelled musty, the toilet tank wouldn’t fill when we arrived, and no water came from the shower, so we couldn’t shower on our last day. The fan was incredibly noisy, they charged us for toilet paper and DirecTV, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work well. When we asked for pool umbrellas, we were told they were broken. The place is badly in need of maintenance.
