The hotel is nice, but the surrounding area leaves a lot to be desired and it’s far from downtown. I’d suggest a place in the city center instead. Parking costs $15 a day, the WiFi is unreliable, and you have to scan your keycard to use the elevator and turn on the room lights. The pool area also wasn’t open during the stated hours.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the shower is good, and the service is friendly. It’s a good quality hotel, as you’d expect from Hilton. Breakfast is okay, though it could use some improvement.

The staff were the real stars, especially Martin and Belen, who looked after me exceptionally well. They were helpful, accommodating, polite, and friendly. The facilities were fantastic, and breakfast included probably the best omelet I’ve ever had.

The hotel is next to a casino and shopping mall, but it’s away from Mendoza’s center, so seeing the town properly takes extra effort. We still had a nice stay, since the wineries are the real highlight of Mendoza for us. The rooms in this high-rise hotel were beautiful, and I really enjoyed the complimentary heated indoor pool and sauna.

Concierge Daniel really impressed me with his knowledge, detailed recommendations, and all the bookings he handled, from a driver to winery visits. The driver saved me hundreds of dollars compared with organized tours. The rooms are big and comfortable, and breakfast is decent. The location is a bit far from things, and the gym could be better. I liked having a sauna and steam room, but the changing room floors were absolutely filthy. That could be improved easily. Still, it was a great experience.
