The cabins were spotless and the setting is lovely. The cleaning woman, whose name I never learned, was very polite. My three-star rating is because of how the manager, Maru, handled things when we arrived. She told us showers had to be after 9:00 PM, the pool was only available until 6:00 PM even though it was filthy, and we needed her approval to use the grill. We paid to stay there, and I felt the rules and requests could have been communicated more respectfully. It felt like Maru ran the service however she wanted.

We loved the views and the location, which made it easy to enjoy the area's activities. We went in November and had a good time using the pool. The problem was the treatment from the woman who checks the rooms. She accused us of taking a towel, which we hadn't, and we heard she treats other guests the same way. Apart from that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended 👍🏻

The hot water quit working, and the way they spoke to us was really rude. Terrible service. I absolutely do NOT recommend staying here.

The grounds were beautiful, and our room was very nice. Even though summer season had ended when we arrived, they let us use the pool and cleaned it and circulated the water just for us.

We had the kids with us, and they could play safely while we enjoyed the lovely garden. The mountain view was beautiful, and the place is peaceful but still close to everything. We only stayed one night, but had time to enjoy the services. The welcome was excellent, and the care and affection they put into their work really show. Thanks so much. We'll definitely come back.
