The location couldn't be better, and Leonardo was incredibly attentive and friendly. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The spacious, comfortable dining area and clean kitchen had more than enough for cooking. Rooms were warm, roomy, comfortable, clean, and had tinted windows. There was laundry service and somewhere to hang clothes to air them. The shared bathrooms were always clean and stocked with soap, shampoo, and towels, which not every hotel provides for free. A 10 out of 10!
