COVID-19 cancelled our trip, but Cabanas Illihue handled the cancellation and refund wonderfully. The customer service was great, and I hope we can travel there in the future.

Good value for the money, lovely people, and a wonderful place. I'd happily go again any time.

The bed was huge and really comfortable, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. It's a great spot for relaxing, quiet and just outside the city center, though still close by. Service was excellent from the moment we booked, and the value was great. We'll definitely return!

The breakfast was excellent, and the cabins were lovely. The restaurant staff at breakfast were fantastic. My only issue was a blanket stained with what looked like some kind of discharge, which disgusted me. Apart from that, everything was excellent.
