There's a very large kitchen, plus Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The living and dining room is roomy and works well for studying or working, and the bedrooms are really comfortable. It's a peaceful, quiet place, and the owner is lovely. Access is by stairs. Impeccable, highly recommended.

Everything is kept very clean, and you still have privacy. The facilities are excellent, and the location is great. Francisco, the host, is especially friendly. A good fit for medium or long stays.

A quiet, peaceful spot with just a few rooms, good service, and everything clean. The location at 12th and 56th/57th is hard to beat, and the price is the best.

I had a private room and shared the bathroom. The host made me feel welcome and was very friendly. The place was tidy and clean, and the location couldn't be better.
