They insisted we transfer money for the reservation. Since we were only a block away, we held off and went to check in, but the place was gone. No one answered when we called, and on later calls they hung up and deleted all our messages. DO NOT MAKE ANY TRANSFERS. They are scamming people. This place no longer exists, as the attached photos show. Don't send them any money!

I filed a police report with all the evidence, including the account holder's name and ID for the account where I deposited the money, and the person is still withholding it. This happened yesterday, August 10, 2022. I wouldn't want it to happen to anyone else. Beware! The two employees I spoke to, Martin and Maxi, scammed me over a room reservation. I deposited 50%, or $20,250. Shortly afterward, they called my cell and said I had to pay the whole reservation because, supposedly, another client was going to pay in full. They pressured me to transfer more, so I got upset and canceled. They still haven't refunded the $20,250, despite my asking several times. Instead, they demanded my account password to return the money. They even tried to hack my Facebook account. I got three text messages from Facebook with a code they insisted on, so I deactivated the account.

We only planned to stay for an hour on our first visit, because we were there to see a fellow countryman, but the owner turned us away and was very unfriendly. Everything about the experience was bad. The place also looked neglected and unhygienic.

I was disappointed by how little attention they gave my booking inquiry. I called about reserving one night and was told they'd message me on WhatsApp so I could make a deposit. After waiting, I sent them a message myself, but they never replied, even though they have internet access. Thank you.

I felt right at home with the wonderful people there. Fatima, who runs the place, opened her home to us without even knowing us. She's a very special person, and I'll always have a lovely memory of her. Thank you so much, beautiful! 😍 What a beautiful place, and such kind, helpful people 😊
