Premium hotel 💪👏👏

The heated pool was so hot that we couldn’t stay in it, and I’d add some games to the kids’ club. Apart from that, everything was excellent. The service was great, the staff were really friendly, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed a very good massage and a complete, delicious breakfast. Special mention to Valeria.

The staff were the best part of our Carnival weekend with two babies. They were warm, attentive, and quick to sort out problems, and the pool and lounge staff were fantastic. We’re grateful and keen to come back. The beautiful surroundings and divine pool added so much, and the hotel has lots for children. The soft play area is even better than the photos. Our bright, spacious room was very comfortable, and breakfast was generous and served with great care until late. There are plenty of restaurants in the complex, plus the option to eat in the lounge. The breakfast room is large, with tables suited to the hotel’s capacity. We did have a few small issues: our bathroom flooded, so we were moved after settling in, and the replacement room was smaller and missing a bathtub plug. We also had to ask for towels and room cleaning. Still, the staff’s kindness and attention really stood out.

The Kids Club was a ten out of ten, with attentive staff and activities for little ones, from park games and drawing to pool activities. Professor Javi and Professor Alva deserve a special thank you for their patience, great attitude, and willingness to spend time with the children. We also loved the continental breakfast, especially the Christmas pastries, and the waitresses were always friendly and attentive. We spent December 25th here as a family, and the service amazed me from the start. Since we had two babies, they gave us a ground floor room, which makes a huge difference when you’re traveling with kids. The hotel was clean, nice, and super comfortable, and we had an incredible time together. The pool is beautiful, and it’s great to find spaces that take both adults’ and children’s needs into account. My only constructive criticism is that there’s no room service, and you have to go to the lobby to order anything from the pool. Everything else was perfect. We’d definitely return.
