Spotless, with covered parking and good water pressure. Our duplex was complete and well equipped, with a view of the hill and a good Wi-Fi signal. We’d definitely stay again.

La Rioja is peaceful and close to nature around the outskirts, so the location worked well for a quiet, relaxing stay. We checked out at 6:00 AM and everything went smoothly. At Cabañas Las Lilas, the cabins were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also really appreciated the cleaning and the great service throughout. Highly recommended!

We’d definitely return. The rooms had everything we needed, the pool was fantastic, and the owners provided excellent service. A wonderful place and location, highly recommended.

The breakfast was a lovely spread, with pastries, small books, homemade or sliced bread, butter, cream cheese, jam, coffee bags, sugar or sweetener, and freshly squeezed orange juice. It was complete and delicious. The property is spacious enough for privacy, with a covered parking space next to each apartment and a spectacular barbecue area. There’s a sliding gate, and extra parking at the entrance if you need to come and go. It’s one block from the main road, close for access but far enough away to stay peaceful. We stayed in one of the apartments. It was roomy, comfortable, and cozy, with a king-size bed and a spectacular mattress. There was a great electric oven, two gas burners, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a full set of dishes for four. The gas water heater was adequate and the water pressure was good. Since ours was one of the first buildings in the complex, its air conditioning only cooled. For winter, a balanced-flue heater in the main room and an electric panel heater in the bedroom warmed the apartment perfectly. The windows had mosquito nets and blackout curtains. The owners, Francisco and Ricardo, deserve special mention. They were attentive, polite, and present for every detail, clearly dedicated to making the stay memorable. We arrived to find we’d been given an apartment with an upstairs bedroom. Since we’re not so young anymore, they promptly offered us another apartment with everything on the ground floor, so we could choose what suited us. They were fantastic. They also showed us a two-story apartment that was new, modern, and very spacious. The apartments aren’t perfect, though. Over time, the interior door frames have swollen and don’t close properly. And it’s far from the city center if you don’t have a car. Neither issue got in the way of having a great time and enjoying our stay. Five stars mean perfection, but I think these apartments still deserve five.
