The mattresses were new, but very hard, and the interior doors wouldn't close properly. Zeus, a Neapolitan mastiff-type dog, also settled in the middle of the kitchen and demanded food. I wouldn't stay more than a night or two. The location is very convenient for Lago Puelo and El Bolsón, but our arrival was rough: we struggled to open the gate, then at check-in were told to follow the rules strictly. Those rules didn't mention children of other guests running and shouting in the park until 3 am, or cars coming in with cumbia and reggaeton blasting at full volume. The power went out the night we arrived, and ours was the only cabin without emergency lighting. To his credit, a helpful gentleman, who I assume was one of the complex's managers, brought us an emergency light after we called about it.
