Cabañas Hueney

We spent eight days here at the start of October, and even with the cold, the balanced-flue heaters kept the cabin comfortable. The shower had great water pressure, and the bathroom has a bathtub. The cabins are cozy, with a park and a lovely view, in a prime location. Owners run the place themselves. Great value for the money, and we'd happily return. Highly recommended.

The night sky is so clear you can really see the stars. The property is peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet easy to reach from the main road and well located. We stayed a week in a twin cabin. It had everything we needed, including two heaters, a grill, an outdoor table, and a very comfortable bed. The owners were friendly and attentive, and they're glad to answer questions about trekking or offer other suggestions. Their dog Oli is very affectionate, so bring a stick and play with her if you go.

Juan's warmth and kindness are a big part of what makes this place so recommendable. The cabin was lovely and comfortable, with everything we needed, plus a huge patio with a grill and little table. It's a peaceful, almost magical setting, close to downtown and the lake.

The location is wonderful, on a quiet street, and the family who owns the cabins are so lovely. Their dog Olivia and cat Renata might keep you company while you're walking around the garden. The cabin has a shade structure for the car, which was handy since we'd rented one, and there's a grill with lights for nighttime. Inside, the bedrooms are roomy, the living room has a fireplace, and the kitchen looks out over the park through a beautiful glass wall. The bathroom is fully equipped and has a lovely shower. It's comfortable and well equipped, with Wi-Fi too. A dream of a place, highly recommend it!
