Casa Puelo

From the outside it looks lovely and makes you want to stay, but once you're inside, you just want to get out. The place is beautiful, but it's terribly run. We didn't get a single good morning or kind gesture. Breakfast was mediocre, and the rooms had no air conditioning or TV. Wi-Fi was available only when the owner felt like it. They charge for everything, and the owner complains about everything. I will never recommend them again. Learn how to treat tourists, or open a kiosk.

A place to unwind, with a restaurant as well. You can stay at the inn or in the cabins, both in this beautiful spot. Susana is amazing, the best!

The breakfast was very good, but our stay in the apartments in the complex fell short on cleanliness and service. At the restaurant there was a set menu, and even if we offered to pay extra, we couldn't order anything else. The food portions weren't enough.

We stopped at the complex to get our Route 40 passport signed while traveling in our camper van. No one even greeted us. Instead, they complained that grass was getting in while they were cutting it and said they had no choice but to serve us anyway. They were very rude and spoke badly about the area's campgrounds. There are a few other things I'm keeping to myself for a formal complaint.
