Departamentos Las Grutas Enjoy

Upstairs there’s a very spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, another bathroom, and a balcony with barbecue grills. Downstairs are two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. Excellent value for money, and we were very satisfied.

We were two families staying in cabins 2 and 3, and there were several problems. In cabin 2, the stove leaked gas, so we couldn’t use it. We told the owner, but she brushed it off, suggesting the cleaning lady might have moved it a little. There were also photos of the lighting. Cabin 3 had a broken oven door; the owner knew about it but hadn’t told us, and we had to hold it shut with a broom handle. The remote batteries didn’t work, and there were no bulbs in the living room or on the stairs. We reported that too, but she never sent anyone with bulbs. It’s a shame the cabins aren’t given a bit more care and attention.

The apartment has a lot of space and is fully equipped. Downstairs there’s a bathroom, a main bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, and another bedroom with a single bed, bunk bed, and wardrobe. At the back is a small patio with a laundry area and clothesline. Upstairs you’ll find the kitchen, living room with a sofa bed underneath, and a huge balcony with a grill. The downside is there’s no air conditioning. The complex is near the city center, but if you don’t have a car, you’ll need public transportation.

The owner was very helpful. When we arrived, she gave us the keys and came back later to collect payment. The apartment was excellent and very reasonably priced, close to the beach. I’d definitely stay there again if I return to Las Grutas.
