Hotel Patagonia Norte

I loved it and would definitely come back. The hotel was tidy, peaceful, and well located, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was a good, complete buffet, and it was very good value for money. A mini-fridge would be useful, especially with the heat and the beach nearby. The internet signal also got weak at times on Saturday afternoon and evening.

The hotel itself is acceptable, but the room cleaning was terrible. The cleaner wouldn't change the sheets or towels, so I had to put them on the floor before she would replace them. Her rounds started at 7:30 a.m. with a cart you could hear a block away. The vacuum sounded like a train engine, and she slammed doors, so it was hard to get extra rest on vacation. I raised it with the morning receptionist, Lourdes, but she was rude instead of helpful. There's no lounge with sofas and a TV either, just chairs.

The rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is 400 meters from the coast, between beach access points 3 and 4. Breakfast is good and basic, with some fruit. There is covered parking for cars. SUV spaces are uncovered and arranged in a single line, one behind another, so allow extra time when leaving.

The staff were fantastic, empathetic, friendly, and always ready to help. Our room was comfortable and had a very nice bathroom. Breakfast was simple but complete, with yogurt, juice, a croissant, ham, and cheese. Great location and excellent value for money. I'll definitely come back!
