Rimini Hotel

Beautiful.

Coming back from a trip and jumping into the heated pool was the best part. There's also a terrace next door with a lovely, though distant, sea view. The rooms are comfortable, with new mattresses, and the large bathroom has a good shower and hairdryer. Breakfast was good. Wi-Fi in the front rooms could be better, but otherwise it's a 10/10 and great value for money.

The annex is the weak point. We were on the third floor, on the way to the pool, and the stairs and surrounding area looked neglected and run-down. The room itself was basic but fine and clean. Breakfast was included and really good, especially the delicious croissants, and the staff were very friendly. The pool is huge and looks great. I think the main hotel is much better, though we didn't explore it; it even has an elevator.

The one bright spot was the receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful. Otherwise, I can't recommend this hotel. We were put in the annex, and the stairs had loose steps and a loose handrail, making them dangerous. The rooms had only the bare essentials, with broken furniture that had been poorly repaired. Getting there meant using a dirty alley between the hotel and the supermarket, scattered with broken materials. The main building is probably better. If there are no other options, you'd be better off stopping at a YPF gas station and sleeping in your car.
