Because I had a child with me, they moved me to another room one day early. It wasn’t what I’d expected: the room they gave me was much smaller and less well-equipped than the one I’d booked. If you’re booking through Booking.com, check everything carefully before you finalize the reservation.

Teresita was excellent and always ready to help. The view from La Roja’s balcony was incredible and hard to match. The cabins were lovely, and the pools were beautiful and perfect for hot weather. The kitchen was perhaps a bit small, but still had everything we needed. The place was a 10/10 for us, and we’ll be back!

We’ve been coming back for two years now! Tere is kind, wonderful, and always there for you. It’s a beautiful place for a lovely vacation, with gorgeous scenery and cabins. Greetings!

The red room had a lovely view, and Teresita was very friendly. The resort itself is really nice, but for the price I found it expensive. The bathroom wasn’t comfortable, the shower water wasn’t hot enough, and there was no bidet. I wouldn’t recommend that room when it’s cold outside. Wi-Fi didn’t reach the room, and breakfast was basic.
