The rooms are pleasant and spacious, with large bathrooms, and the price is very good. For a short stay of 1-2 nights, it could work if you mainly need a place to sleep. But upkeep and cleanliness were a real problem for us. The sheets still had stains, and in our two days there was no housekeeping, so we had to ask for fresh towels and the room wasn't cleaned. Around the hotel we saw damaged walls, some mold, and old carpets. The maintenance overall felt very poor. The pool area is nicely laid out, breakfast was modest but tasty, check-in was quick, and reception is staffed around the clock. Communication was only in Spanish. Wi-Fi was nearly unusable, except at one outdoor spot. The air conditioning is controlled centrally, so you have to call reception to turn it on. Noise carried from other guests and the pipes. The gym had just three pieces of equipment, none of which looked very useful. We didn't try the spa.

We had a great stay, and I'd recommend it. The hotel is easy to reach on Route 41, with convenient access to central Lobos. The outdoor pool was lovely, the rooms were clean, and the shower was good. Breakfast was very nice, and the women at reception and the café were attentive. The spa is worth trying, but sign up at reception ahead of time since sessions are scheduled in roughly half-hour slots. And please ask for a massage from Claudia. She's a genius! I left feeling completely renewed and really happy with the experience.

We booked for the weekend of February 14, 2026, but the place looked nothing like we expected when we arrived. Inside, it felt like a horror movie, and the smell was unsettling. We went to look at the room and ran straight back out. It was terrifying! Don't trust the Instagram photos. The pool was the only thing that looked good. Be careful, this place isn't what it seems.
