The rooms were average, and perhaps not very soundproof. The owners are attentive locals who know the area well. There’s a spacious kitchen with good utensils, and overall it’s very good accommodation in Los Antiguos.

The staff were very friendly and understanding when I ran out of cash and paid for my room through Western Union. Thanks for the help and hospitality! It’s an inexpensive hostel with a fully equipped kitchen and pleasant showers outside the rooms, with hot water and soap. I had a four-bed dorm to myself because they spread out the occupants to keep things peaceful and quiet. 🤗

The small hotel was clean and tidy, affordable, and seemed trustworthy. It’s a lovely town known as the “Kingdom of Cherries,” and it’s also a border town in Chile. The lake is clear, and the people are simple.
