The location is super convenient, the rooms are clean, and the staff are polite and helpful. It’s great value for money. The breakfast setup, though, is a hassle. You have to wait in line for one of the kitchen staff to ask what you want, and you can’t just order everything at once. Some attendants also aren’t very personable and seem to ignore you, which makes the wait more annoying. I understand they may be trying to stop crowds gathering around the buffet, but the system doesn’t make much sense. They could take orders at the table and bring the food over, like other hotels that don’t have a full buffet.

I was here for business, since Lujan isn’t really a tourist destination. The town was nice enough, with friendly people who were patient when I didn’t speak Spanish. There are lots of good food options around, and the hotel was decent.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable, though it could use some updating. The location is great, very close to the Basilica.
