Casa Baquero

The veranda quickly became one of our favorite places, for breakfast in the mornings and long chats with friends in the afternoons. The pool was another highlight, and we had perfect weather during our summer stay. Even with the heat, the air conditioning worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets and both bath and pool towels were excellent quality. We came to La Vaquera for the days before my wedding, and my friends and José put together an unforgettable barbecue dinner under the trees, with delicious food and excellent wine. We also got to hear more about the history of the ranch, which made the occasion even more special. The place itself is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by nature, with a breathtaking vineyard next door. The house is beautifully decorated, with care put into the colors, furniture, and details. The kitchen is a little limited, but it was more than enough for basic needs. José and the whole team were extremely kind, attentive, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. We fell more in love with the place each day. If I’m back in Mendoza, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend it, and truly appreciate the warmth and service we received.

A beautiful spot for a few days of relaxing.

I’ve come back for a second stay, and it was just as much of a pleasure. The welcome is wonderful, and the place feels timeless, with everything furnished in exquisite taste. Flowers, birds, vines, olive trees, what more could you ask for? Go for it!
