Our morning was spoiled by the way checkout was handled. We’d clearly asked for, and been granted, an 11am late checkout when we arrived. Still, at 10:30am a woman, probably the owner, knocked hard on the door with a sour attitude, insisting we leave and indicating we’d be charged. That felt distasteful and made us feel unwelcome. A little professionalism, maybe even a smile, would go a long way. Guests are paying to stay here, they aren’t being done a favour. 😊

Plenty of space, clean and peaceful. The owner could be friendlier.

The owners were so friendly and ready to help with whatever came up. The cabins are clean and thoughtfully kept, in a lovely wooded area that’s still close to the town center. There are two pools, one natural and one heated, both great for unwinding after a day out. Excellent place.

6/10
We had hot water and a comfortable bed, and the green setting is beautiful and well located. But on arrival, the first thing we heard was a warning to stick strictly to checkout time. It was cold and raining, yet the heaters were off. If they know a booking is coming, the room should be warm; the staff need to pay more attention to hospitality. The cabin itself was adequate, though some outlets were unplugged, leaving holes visible in the wall. The sauna was out of service, and all the signs and warnings around the cabin made it feel uncomfortable.

The place was spotless, including both pools, the heated one and the outdoor one. It’s in a great location, and the owners are friendly and attentive to whatever you need.
