Elsa, the owner, welcomed us warmly and even showed us the room before we checked in, which was thoughtful. Debora was there to help us from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, with air conditioning, a TV, and a refrigerator. We slept well on the comfortable double bed and pillows. The bathroom worked fine, although it could use renovation. All the linens were spotless and good quality. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with hot tea or coffee, yogurt, cereal, juice, a small cake, a croissant, butter, and jam. We had coffee with milk. There’s Wi-Fi, covered parking, and a garden with a pool, and the price is reasonable for what’s offered. The location is great too: the park is a block to the left, while the main square and San Martín Avenue are a block to the right. San Martín Avenue is National Route 40, named for the city, and has cafes, restaurants, and various shops. Definitely somewhere I’d return to and recommend!!

They make you feel right at home, and the service is wonderful at this family-run hotel. It has an outdoor pool and covered parking. My comfortable room had a mini-fridge. Breakfast comes with coffee with milk, hot chocolate, yogurt, cereal, croissants, small pastries, and orange juice.

We spent four days here before crossing into Chile, and we'll definitely return. Elsa and her husband were kind, welcoming, excellent hosts. A really family-friendly hotel.

My room could have been better, but the owners' warmth and the excellent central heating made it a five-star stay. Elsa and Floridor gave excellent service, always kind, warm, and ready to help or point you in the right direction.
