Such a lovely, very peaceful place, and really comfortable. The photos and videos speak for themselves. I'd come back without hesitation. Just a couple of breakfast suggestions: the tray seemed very big with only two medialunas on it, maybe two per person would look better, or a smaller tray. The milk jug was tiny if you wanted another café cortado, but there was plenty of coffee in the thermos for two people and four cups. That's all, greetings.

The only suggestion I'd make is to offer a fresh breakfast each day. Otherwise, it was a very good place, and the prices were very reasonable. The room was lovely, modern, and fully equipped, and the location is excellent, just steps from the center and the beach.

We brought our son to see the sea and left with the best memories. The owners were incredibly helpful, giving us guidance and recommendations so we could make the most of our time in Mar de las Pampas. The apartment was spacious and so comfortable, with a kitchen and all the amenities to feel at home. We could walk to the beach in no time, just 200 meters away. The complex includes breakfast, a pool, a playhouse, and games for little ones, which was a big plus. We also had a deck with a grill and, of course, lit it to celebrate this family milestone. I'd highly recommend Avalon to families and couples looking for a relaxing vacation where they can feel at home and disconnect.

The forest feels enchanted, with old pines and oaks and winding sandy paths scattered with pine needles and cones. It's about five minutes from the beach, past the dune. The place is beautiful, well located, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The service is wonderful, and you feel right at home.
