Andrea, the manager, was lovely to deal with and always willing to help. The shower had very hot water and strong pressure. We went with my wife and dog in the off-season, then came back a second time in December. We accidentally set off the alarm, and security arrived within minutes to make sure everything was all right.

We didn't like it at all, and left as soon as we saw the place in person, losing our deposit. The kitchen was a very narrow passage with a window that had neither a screen nor bars. The living room had only a small fan and no air conditioning. The bathroom had no sink inside it, the sink was out in the living room. The bedroom was a loft near the wooden ceiling, with no window or ventilation, though it did have a ceiling fan. The house window had no bars or mosquito screen, and a horizontal rod in its track was supposed to keep it from opening. It was also low enough to open, which felt dangerous because our little dog could escape. We would have had to keep her tied up.

We stayed the first week of January 2022 in side loft 4, four of us and our small dog. The metal spiral stairs were dangerous: their corners opened into the living room and there was no protection for pets. The sofa bed's trundle was a disaster. We had to put the mattress on the floor, and when we tried to unfold it at bedtime, my son fell apart. The Wi-Fi was down for over four days, and we were without internet, probably still are. Crazy in 2022, especially since we needed it for work. The owner never showed up over this issue, though Ms. Andrea did an outstanding job and stood up for the owner. She did her work very well. The kitchen sink was clogged, and although we asked for a plunger, one never arrived. The ceiling fan in the upper bedroom was noisy and unbalanced, and there was no other appliance in the room. It was never fixed. They also never replaced the only dishtowel. We won't be back.

We've been coming for years, and I'll keep returning as long as my health and the pandemic allow. I also congratulate Jorge, whom I've had the pleasure of meeting, on this venture. The staff are attentive and ready to help with any problems. The place is spacious and comfortable, and close to the city center. We come in the off-season to enjoy our rest. I'd recommend visiting then or during holiday periods, especially if you enjoy or practice meditation, yoga, reading, or writing. It's a perfect setting for those activities. Simply congratulations!
