I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! The one thing going for the hotel is its central location, especially if you have limited mobility. The rooms are tiny, and cleaning seems nonexistent even though they do make the bed. The bathroom is very basic and floods when you shower, so you have to keep scooping out the water. There’s awful dampness and smell in the room. THE MATTRESSES ARE MADE OF SHEETS OF PANELS, A DISASTER! I know it’s a one-star budget hotel, but sleeping on the wooden bed frame is awful. The receptionists are fine apart from the night-shift one, who is rude and grumpy.

The receptionist deserves a special mention, she’s amazing. After check-in, she’ll even look after your bags if you’re traveling later in the day and want a little more beach time. Prices are fantastic, and the rooms have the basics with comfortable beds. Breakfast is simple but does the job. It’s right on the pedestrian walkway in Mar de Ajó, a great spot. There’s been a change in management, and service has improved a lot. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in Mar de Ajó.

We were warned the hot water might take a while, but it came through quickly. The reception staff were warm and friendly, and breakfast was delicious, just coffee and two croissants. It’s a no-frills, comfortable place, good for relaxing. The location is excellent, right on the pedestrian street and nearly around the corner from the beach. We’ll be back! 😊🌊

The bed and mattress really need replacing because they’re so uncomfortable, and the place could do with modernization. The dining space is communal and nothing fancy. Still, the service is excellent, and breakfast is included, coffee with milk and two delicious croissants. The location is excellent, right on the pedestrian street and a block from the beach. At $45 per day, it’s an excellent price. Highly recommended.

The room had a decent, comfortable bed, hot water, a fan, and a TV with cable channels. The window looked onto an interior courtyard, at least in the ground-floor rooms. Breakfast is included. Things are a bit old, but they work.
