We wrapped up our stay at this wonderful hotel last week. The location is great, but what stood out most was how friendly the staff were. The receptionist even gave me a pack of stickers to help fill my album, a really thoughtful gesture. He also suggested some great places in the city to get burgers.

The beds were really comfortable, and the breakfast and service made the hotel stand out. I came from San Vicente de la Zazeria, a little-known town inland in Buenos Aires province, and this was my first time in Mar del Plata. Staying here turned the trip into an experience I won't forget.

The location was the best part of my stay during Easter week a while ago. I could easily get to places to eat, grab a drink, shop, or just walk around. Matías, a young man who looked after me, was kind and very attentive, and breakfast was excellent. A real treat!

We felt at home as soon as we got there. Matias, the young staff member who introduced himself to me, was friendly and paid attention to everything. He was always smiling and ready to help make our stay go well.

We first found this hotel after the pandemic and have kept coming back. On our most recent stay, the owner handled an unexpected problem with empathy, commitment, and responsibility. That was truly commendable. The rooms are comfortable, with the necessary amenities working properly. There are lots of breakfast choices, the location is great, and everyone, from the cleaning staff to reception, is friendly. Thank you for the excellent service during our stay. Happy New Year 2026, and best wishes for continued success. Sincerely, María Herrera and daughter...
