Pretty normal...

We booked half-board through a Rolsol package and stayed the last week of January into the first week of February. The rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the location worked well. Staff were very friendly. I had some doubts because of the bad reviews, but our experience was the opposite. The elevators are the one thing I'd improve since there aren't enough for the number of guests. Even so, I'd definitely stay again.

The food was good, especially the pastafrola 😊, and after checkout they let us leave our bags. We could also use the dining room for lunch and they provided everything we needed, which was very handy. The two elevators can get quite busy, so speeding up their use would help. I visited for a sea race, from Thursday the 22nd to January 25. From the start, Pablo and his colleagues on the different shifts were very warm and welcoming. The facilities were in great shape, with comfortable, spacious, bright areas. I left very happy and recommend it.

For a three-star hotel, I'd give it 9/10, Mr. Tinelli. I was very satisfied, especially after finding the rooms spotless and with nothing missing. They're comfortable, and I was surprised to find a hairdryer included. The cleaning staff did a great job, though I didn't meet them. Reception and my waitress were both very kind, and the food was a pleasant surprise. We only had to pay for drinks ($3,000 in December 2025). Breakfast was a full spread of tea and coffee, croissants, cakes, yogurt, toast with jam, and more. Wi-Fi was the weak spot. I'd read some bad reviews, but maybe those were old, because I found it a lovely, comfortable hotel in a great location with friendly staff.
