DeptosVip - Mitre

The apartment is lovely, well maintained, perfectly located, and has good parking. We stayed for a week, but the mattress seemed overused. The bigger problem was the terrible customer service, and I wouldn’t rent there again. We told them our arrival time as requested, then waited half an hour for the person in charge to check us in. No apology, just repeated requests to be patient. We got the same response when asking for a replacement for the broken hairdryer, which took two days, or for help using the lovely TV. The instructions they eventually gave were too brief for us to watch anything. The kitchen matchbox had only four matches, two of them burnt out. They also never came to clean, even though they’d promised to. It’s a shame, because the apartment itself could have been so enjoyable.
