The bathroom isn’t wide enough for a wheelchair, which is the main downside. Otherwise, this is a beautiful place with a perfect location and excellent cleanliness. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped with a toaster, oven, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, freezer, and more, and the TVs have a clear picture and access to Netflix. You can also view the building’s security cameras. I recommend it.

It’s a much nicer choice than staying in a hotel. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, with daily cleaning and the option of a garage. The place is in the center of Mar del Plata, yet the street is quiet. Everything worked out well, and the price was good too.

This apartment makes the area even more enjoyable. The neighborhood feels lively and renovated, with the new shopping center in the old bus station nearby and all the businesses on Guemes Street close by. It’s an unbeatable location, in a new building with all the amenities. This feels like a new Mar del Plata.
