The staff were really nice and courteous, and the basic breakfast did the job. I was desperate for a room, so I booked one, but I won't be back any time soon. It served its purpose, though the rooms are tiny and kind of pricey compared with others. Mine had no window to the outside, and with no air conditioning, only a small fan, the cramped space felt very claustrophobic. The TV and bathroom were small too, everything was squashed together. The place needs investment to modernize it.

The good staff made the stay easier. The lady with blue eyes was the only one who was polite, and she was very kind to all the guests. The place could use repairs, especially the broken, stained wall in reception and the worn rooms. Breakfast is basic and self-service. I stayed a week and they changed only the towels, never the sheets. If you use Claro, the Chilean mobile provider, you won't get a signal, and Wi-Fi is only available in reception.

The location was good and breakfast was okay, but the room and bathroom were damp, with no airflow even when the window was open. The beds felt damp too. Dirty towels with other people's hair on them were truly disgusting. There was mold on the bathtub floor, and the showerhead fell on a family member's head while they were showering. Staff should follow a dress code and play suitable hotel music. It's a shame, because with a location this good, the hotel could be a higher-end place.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and we had an amazing few days. Thanks for being so kind, Julio Javier, Luisa, Maira, and Mora. Excellent service, we'll be back soon!
