It was okay.

The mattresses and lighting could use an update, and the beds weren't comfortable. Still, the price is very reasonable, much like other budget hotels downtown, and I'd stay again. There's hot water, cable TV, and Wi-Fi, while the staff are consistently courteous and friendly. On vacation, you're probably not spending much time in the room anyway. If you're after a spa or a luxury downtown room, Hotel Provincial or Costa Galana are options. I think some negative reviews overlook what guests paid per night.

The people here are genuinely kind, honest, and humane, and the service is excellent. The hotel's location is spectacular. They deserve the very best for treating people so well.
