Hotel Dallas Center

It’s not cheap either, at 45,000 pesos, or US$30 as of November 2, 2025. For that money, this feels like a hotel worth $25 or less compared with Chile or Europe. Like many hotels in Mar del Plata, it seems stuck in the past. The sheets were thin and cheap, with holes, and the place wasn’t clean. Breakfast was the usual Argentinian setup, two croissants and boxed toast, with bad coffee. Never any fruit or eggs! Haha, protein seems like a luxury here. I’d give it 6.5/10.

I first came in 2023 and returned in 2026. Everyone is very friendly, and the location is superb, close to the pedestrian area, supermarkets, deli counters, and greengrocers. You can see the casino from the sidewalk. Breakfast comes with two croissants and four slices of toast per person, with butter, jam, and cheese. You can choose coffee, milk, or yogurt. I don’t remember seeing tea bags or yerba mate tea. I’d like more breakfast options, because if you rent for several days, it’s the same thing every day. Thanks! It’s good, nice, and cheap.

Everything was very clean, and the reception and cleaning staff gave excellent service. Breakfast was good, and there was hot water for mate. The location worked well for public transport, and they let us leave our luggage for a while, which was great.

I always have a fantastic time when I go. Everyone is friendly, from the owner to the staff. Emiliano is incredibly attentive, even when you’re making a prescription via WhatsApp. Highly recommended!
