The reception team were genuinely helpful, and the location is good. The room, though, was awful. Showering left water all over it, and I figured the price probably meant I shouldn't expect much more. At night, other guests opening their doors in the hallway made such a loud noise that I woke up several times thinking someone was forcing ours open.

We only stayed a night while passing through, my partner, my in-laws and me, and none of us plan to return. The staff were attentive and helpful, the one thing we all appreciated. Beyond that, the place felt large and abandoned, with worn-out rooms. The shower was too cramped to wash properly, breakfast was bland and the croissants seemed reheated. There's no parking, and as soon as you step outside, the whole block has a noticeable rotten smell. Hope this is useful.

I spent three days here and was very satisfied. It's an inexpensive hotel with good service, and the staff were always ready to help with any question. The room had a smart TV, the Wi-Fi worked very well, and the shower pressure was great. I even recommended it to friends, who were also happy with the hotel and service. I'll stay here again soon.

I'm repeating the review I first posted on January 12th because you deleted it. This was a total scam. We paid ahead for three days but stayed only one. The room was old and poorly kept, had no hot water, and looked out at the back of the building. It was also hot, with a very small bathroom. You never refunded the 100,000 pesos for the two days we didn't stay.
