The value for money is awful. There’s no daily room cleaning, the hotel is old, and the walls in the rooms are in poor shape or missing paint. I wouldn’t recommend it. Last year, for the same price, I stayed at the 4-star O2, which cost me 300,000 pesos less and had a pool, gym, sauna, restaurant, and breakfast. It was a 20/10, with great service and a modern hotel.

I live in the building next to the hotel. Please stop leaving your trash on our doorstep. The employees use generic bags, so the garbage collection service won’t pick them up. If this keeps happening, they’ll have to face the consequences.

I stayed here and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was more than excellent, everything was delicious. It really deserves to be a 5-star hotel.

The homemade breakfast was fantastic, with fruit and plenty of choices for different tastes. The hotel feels peaceful and welcoming, and the location, cleanliness, and service were all very, very good. Everything is modern and works well. I highly recommend it!

We feel right at home at Bastit, and this wasn’t our first stay. It won’t be the last either. Shirley at reception deserves a mention for her attentive service. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, everything works well, and breakfast is delicious. The hotel is in La Perla, two blocks from the beach and one block from Plaza España, with an excellent location and unbeatable value for money.
