Our flight was delayed, so we needed to stay an extra night in Bariloche. They made sure we had what we needed, and Bianca was especially attentive. Breakfast was excellent too. We’ll be back!

The room we were first shown was frightening: loose wires, damp bedspreads, a musty odor, and no knife in the shower. We’d booked through Booking.com. Thankfully, there was another room next door available, so we were able to move.
