Hotel Raglan

The only good part was the afternoon receptionist, who was always kind and helpful. Everything else was a disaster during our three-day stay. There was no hot water at first, and after it was fixed, it stopped again. We had to ask at reception for towels and toilet paper every day because housekeeping didn’t come. They moved us to another room, but it was just as bad. Neither room had a bidet, and the built-in shower flooded, so we had to mop each time. Breakfast was extremely meager, just two croissants per person, burnt toast, and an acceptable pudding. At night we had to enter through the parking lot instead of the main entrance, and the person meant to check on us fell asleep. We also had to leave our room keys with them whenever we went out. We’ll never return.

The rooms are small, but comfortable, and the service and cleaning were excellent. Everyone on staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and well prepared, and there’s a separate office with high-speed internet. We were very happy with the service!

The staff were outstanding, and breakfast was very good. The hotel itself was nice, and our room was clean, comfortable, and in good condition. They cleaned it and changed the towels every day. I plan to come back!

We booked while on the road and arrived around 1:30 am, but they welcomed us in without any problem. The room was spacious, with new mattresses and sheets. Soft sheets that smell nice are essential for me! 😬 Breakfast was very basic and limited, though for $86,000 for a triple room for one night in January 2026, I can’t complain. Honestly, I have no complaints and would return.
