Las Heras Hotel

We stayed for a short vacation, and the service was acceptable. The hotel was about six or seven blocks away. At check-in we agreed to pay an extra 25,000 pesos for arriving early, but then they tried to charge another 25,000 pesos for something the staff couldn’t explain. I said we’d leave, and they told us we could stay. They moved us to a different room, but the Wi-Fi didn’t work afterward and the TV signal was weak. The bathroom was cramped, and we had to shower quickly to keep from flooding it.

I’m writing from the future to say: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. They lost my bag with my clothes and plane tickets home. A lovely trip was ruined by their terrible service. 😔😞😢😢 Then they complain about the bad season, while doing nothing to look after tourists.

Breakfast and service were good, but the room and bathroom were awful. The mattress sagged, the small TV was badly positioned, and there was only one outlet. The bathroom was tiny and filthy, with stained towels and no shower curtain. After a shower, everything was wet.

The dining room was nice, the location very good, and the service was very good. Breakfast was included. In my room, though, the mattress was uncomfortable and there was neither a bathtub nor a shower stall.
