There was barely any water coming from the shower, and they only change the towels every three days. The bathrooms are awful, and it’s obvious the place isn’t maintained. The sheets looked used, with hair on the pillow. Extremely basic and a real disaster.

The only good part was the staff. They were very friendly and did their jobs well. The rooms were small and old, smelled musty, and had neither TV nor Wi-Fi. I booked through a tour company called "Candy Viajes." They offered us two hotels, and I don’t know why we ended up here, since this one wasn’t even on the list. It was awful.

There were hair and bugs in the food, stains on the towels, and crumbs inside the sheet when I opened it.

The staff were the best part. Reception, kitchen, and cleaning staff were all friendly and attentive. The rooms, though, disappointed me, especially since I’d booked through a travel package that was advertised one way and turned out to be something else entirely. A few things to know: there’s no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only at reception and in the dining area, and there aren’t many outlets. They provide towels and hand soap but no shampoo. The elevator is quite old, so be careful, especially with small children.
