Its location is handy, and it's a real lifesaver if you arrive at night. The room I had was small and quite rustic. Nothing fancy, but useful in a pinch.

The location in Palermo is very good, and $30,000 for a double room there is incredibly cheap. But that price only makes sense if the place is clean and the bathroom is decent, and this one wasn't. I had a family emergency and not much money, so I booked through Booking.com for $30,000 for the night. They said it would have been $45,000 booking directly. In an emergency with little cash, it might be an option, but honestly, it was awful. People with limited resources, please DO NOT GO. Hygiene was poor. I don't think they'd changed the sheets, and the bed wasn't even properly made. The bathroom was practically unusable: water sprayed everywhere from the shower, the door wouldn't close, and there was a hole in the floor. To get clean water, you have to go upstairs. They provide a hairdryer and cleaning cloth, but that doesn't make up for the bathroom. The entrance staircase is very high. There is a mechanical chair, but given how run-down it is, I doubt it works. The price-quality ratio was terrible. It's a very, very cheap hotel, yet still expensive for what you get.

It's easy to get around on foot from here, with the whole city center within walking distance, and the staff are there all night so you can come and go whenever you like. For a routine errand trip, it really met my expectations: quiet, clean, and hot water around the clock. The cleaning and tidying service is excellent. If you need a place to stay with a delicious breakfast and an accessible location, it's an unbeatable option for the price and service. Highly recommended.

The location is good, and for a couple of days it works if you don't want to spend much. Breakfast is included, and reception is open 24 hours. I wouldn't recommend staying a week, though. For 30,000 pesos a night, I wasn't expecting much, but there's still a lot to improve. The breakfast was fine for the price, with croissants and coffee or tea. But the sheets were torn and stained. The shower sits beside the toilet with no barrier, so the whole bathroom gets wet, and it's right next to a rotten door. When I opened the closet for my bag, two cockroaches flew out. They really could put more effort into the appearance and deep cleaning. It's okay for the price, but the cleanliness and look of the place leave a lot to be desired.
