Residencias Roque Suarez

The facilities made the stay especially enjoyable. There are heated pools indoors and out, plus a well-equipped gym with lovely views, showers, and a sauna. The ocean views were incredible, and the service was excellent. I had a really good experience and highly recommend it.

Modern and really nice, with an excellent heated pool. The beach is only a few steps away.

Updated review, 09/26/2025 The apartment at Rivas Street was nice, and Abigail was lovely and helped sort out several problems at check-in. There was no water pressure at all, and some taps didn't work. On our last night, the whole building had no water, not even for the toilets. We also had no hot water through checkout, so we couldn't shower before an unavoidable commitment. We reported it to Lucas, the supposed manager, but he had no control over the situation, showed no empathy, and gave us no response. He didn't even offer a bottle of water. If something goes wrong here, even a serious water shortage, nobody will help. You really need to check whether your housekeeper is reliable, because an unexpected problem like this can make an unavoidable commitment a very difficult experience. It's a nice apartment, but not worth the money. The owner should get rid of him. Any of the women working there are more effective. His commission isn't worth paying, and even if it were free, it would still be expensive 🤣. My earlier experience was very different: the service was excellent, they met all our expectations, and helped us quickly and efficiently. I recommended them then and said we'd definitely return.

The beach views are beautiful, and there's a restaurant right next door. It's really great.
