The restaurant deserves a mention: we only ate there once, but the food was good and the prices were very reasonable, even cheaper than some places downtown. The hotel's location suited me perfectly, and the pool has impressive views. Everything felt nearly new and was spotless, with a very good price for what you get. The cleaning team and the rest of the staff were excellent, always attentive. Thanks to everyone working there. We'll definitely come back.

The clean hotel, excellent staff, and reliable internet were good, but two things made the stay really uncomfortable. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in, and although the hotel was empty, they wanted 57,000 pesos for letting us in early. That felt abusive and unacceptable. At checkout they said we could stay until 12:00, an extra hour, as if they were doing us a special favor, even though it was still empty. Then right at noon they rang the room phone to hurry us along. We felt very uncomfortable about the way it was handled. Please take these comments into account. We won't stay here again otherwise.

The staff were excellent throughout, especially the women in the dining room. We found the spa pool lovely, and parking was convenient. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was very good too. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it.

We were just half a block from the beach and four blocks from the town center, which made the location really convenient. The heated pool was clean and lovely, with a relaxing atmosphere, and Morena, the lifeguard, was always so nice to us. Food was varied and excellent, with generous dinner servings and a full breakfast where everything tasted fresh each day. Morena and Camila were always friendly in the dining room, and Celeste looked after us warmly too. My friend and I had a spectacular time. The facilities were spotless, and everyone on staff was attentive to requests. We'll be back! ♥️
